The first release from our Small Batch range in 2025 is a wonderful marriage of four second-fill wine casks. A second fill cask gives slightly less colour but a very gentle malt, and this smooth, gentle whisky is a perfect example.

These limited releases showcase the expertise of our distillery team in using various techniques to bring out the depth of flavours in our exceptional stocks of single malt whiskies. THE NOSE
Cocoa, praline, black cherries, citrus peel, apricots, almonds, slight tobacco and soft toffee. A little water and the fruits become more pronounced
 
THE PALATE
This gentle palate reminds us of dried fruits and buttery shortbread
 
FINISH
A lovely, smooth, fruity finish. Not too short and not too long
